Hy Gain Feeds Pty. Ltd a specialist equine feed manufacturer based in Officer Victoria has been been awarded the 2009 Governor of Victoria Export Award for outstanding innovation and export achievement in the field of Agribusiness.

The Award was announced at the showcase ceremony held at the Government House and was presented by the Governor of Victoria Professor David de Krester, AC.

The award acknowledges Hygain's success in new and emerging international markets and the development of technology and processes to improve feed quality, nutritional value, sustainability and reduce environmental impact.

The Award also recognises the determination and dedication of the whole Hygain^® team, who have worked together to make Hygain^®, Australia's and one of the worlds most respected equine feed brands.

Hygain is a family owned company established over 25 years ago, employing 35 staff at their state of the art manufacturing facilities in Officer Victoria.
