The senior classes were judged on Saturday starting with the section B stallions, unfortunately there were only two stallions put forward Bambough paramount was champion  and reserve went to  Tooravale Jamica. Champion mare was the Durlings Fontain park Amber. Bambough Paramount went on to be supreme B exhibit. The section D classes started with a bang with Champion cob stallion going to Cataraqui Shadowfax owned by k&j Brennan. The champion mare, supreme D was Nawarrah park Ursula. The section As were later in the day with the stallion Alcheringa Pocket sashed champion stallion and champion A mare Avlon Jenny.  Champion Senior gelding was once again won by Weston park Vivaldi.

The supreme classes were judged on Saturday night. They started with the supreme led part bred been awarded to Kamilaroi concerto. The supreme ridden part bred was Wesswood seduction and the supreme ridden purebred going to Bambough Paramount  the first of the led purebred supremes was the best youngstock exhibit and this went to the big moving roan filly Elargee Plumb berry. The supreme gelding was awarded to Weston park Vivaldi for the second year.

The high light of the evening was the section D mare Nawarrah park Ursula been awarded the supreme purebred exhibit and the overseas trophy. What a thrill for the Howe family to win this prize with their home bred mare, congratulations Jill, Megan and George on your amazing win!! After the supremes were awarded judge Owen Jones from Nebo stud [pictured below]  felt the need to run a lap with Ursula and what a sight it was!! Well done Owen!

Congratulations to all winners and competitors at this years show. It was Quite a test with the un relenting heat …..what a Weekend!!!
