Only the Chief Steward (Mrs Peggy Mills) can vary allocated
divisions. Changes will only be considered on the day of
competition. Please do not ring prior to the Show, as the person
answering the phone will not be able to address your concerns.

A & B Grade horses will compete in Ring One, with B Grade horses
going first. There will be separate awards for A & B Grade.
-
A horse may be substituted provided a Veterinary Certificate is
supplied for the injured horse and the replacement horse is
qualified for competition and a written request has been lodged.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY |

Entries Close on Friday 12th December 2008 at 5pm or when
classes are full No refunds after entries close
Exhibitors are required to provide their own exhibitor number.
Exhibitor numbers will be available from the 1st February
on the Barastoc www.barastocshow.com and EFA websites
www.efavic.com.au
A maximum of 200 horses will be accepted on a first come first
accepted basis.
Entry Fees include GST
Riders who are not financial members of the Equestrian
Federation of Australia (EFA) must include an additional $20.00,
which will provide Public Liability Insurance on the day of
competition only. The EFA membership number must be shown on the
entry form, in the space provided. (Note – Must be Junior,
Senior or Show Horse membership. Official/supporter level of
membership not accepted.) Non-Members must complete Insurance
Waiver Form available with entry form
Events are open to all riders enrolled in primary or secondary
schools throughout Victoria, who have attained at least ENGrade
standard in showjumping, with the Pony Club Association of
Victoria (PCAV) or have attained at least Level 5 in
showjumping, with the Horse Riding Clubs Association of Victoria
(HRCAV) or be approved by their school to compete at that grade.
All riders must be currently enrolled at the school they
represent.
Current PCAV or HRCAV Grading Card must be available for
inspection on the day of competition, to verify grading.
Competitors must be graded on the horse they are competing on.
Non PCAV and HRCAV members must complete the signed declaration
on the back of this entry form.
Pony Club and HRCAV graded riders must compete in their own
grading.
The Committee reserves the right to eliminate any rider deemed
to be riding in an incorrect grade.
All riders must wear Australian Standards Association (ASA)
approved helmets at all times when mounted.
School shirt, tie, jumper, competition uniform or tracksuit top
and saddlecloth (if available) must be worn with beige, fawn or
banana jodhpurs, or coloured jodhpurs if part of school uniform.
