All orders placed will be given an
approximate delivery time if we find that we are unable to
meet with this, the customer will be promptly notified. |

Postage charges are $7.50 for Victoria,
$10.00 for other states – however, if there is a greater
number of products sent, postage will be charged
accordingly. Overseas orders will be quoted on. |

|
No products will leave Cedar Lodge unless
payment has been received in full. |

|
|
Cedar Lodge takes no responsibility of
goods (that have not been insured) being lost, or damaged in
the postal system. |
|
|
|
If there is a fault found in any of our
products we will gladly replace the product free of charge
and pay for the faulty good(s) to be returned. |
|
|
|
Products such as rugs, bridles, saddle
blankets etc… that do not fit will not be accepted back
unless they are returned in the condition they left Cedar
Lodge. |

|
|
Products must be returned back within 15
days and Cedar Lodge must be notified before doing so. |
