| Bunyip &
District Pony Club held their annual team dressage challenge for
2007, numbers were quite good with a steady flow of combinations
coming under the judges eyes for the day. There was a number of
riders they stood out on the day and no-doubt if they stick with it
we shall see them within the open field in time to come.
|
|
The overall
Champion in the Grade 1 winning both the 1C and 1F was Lucy Young
from Bunyip Pony Club riding Mouse Trap …[aka well known eventer if
his name is ringing a bell] he was looking a treat and worked so
calmly. Lucy all sealed her day winning the Best performed member
within her club as well.
The overall grade
2 Champion was Corinne Winch from Drouin Pony Club, winner of the 2C
and 2D, Corinne rode her lovely warmblood who she has owned and
trained up from scratch. Champion Grade 3 was Jessica McKernan from
Bunyip Pony Club , winning the 3B and 3D on Cheraton Gold Charm. |

Grade 4 champion
was Peter Bavaro of Drouin Pony Club on Mate, winner of the 4B was
Azzadine Miles of Lillico Pony Club riding Casua Canta and winner
of the 4D was Taylah Frampton of Berwick Pony Club riding Murphyz
Lawz. Grade 5 champion
 was
Eileen Beaumont of Bunyip Pony Club riding Sally, she won the 5c and
Jemma Bird
of Officer Pony Club won the grade 5B riding Mallawa Park Romeo.
The Team
Championship was won by Bunyip & District Pony Club’s Lucy Young,
Jessica McKernan, Rosie Matthews and Eileen Beaumont. Best Performed
Pony Club was also Bunyip & District Pony Club. |
