The Saddleworld Dressage Festival is a
far cry today from when it commenced back in 1994 at "Glenbrae
Indoor Arena" The objective then as it is now, is to
combine dressage with entertainment to encourage
involvement from the general public and increase
awareness of the sport on a local, national and
international level. With entries well up on previous
years the 2006 event achieved this and so much more.
The combination of originality, expertise and sheer hard
work, the committee and dedicated workers exceeded.
The event ran from Thursday through to
Sunday afternoon, under National & International rules,
entries were received from Australia wide, with the
inclusion of Pony Dressage Werribee Park came alive with
beautiful equines from the small to the large.
Saddleworld ...very proud sponsors of the
Saddleworld Dressage Festival 2006, were also
celebrating 20 years in the Equestrian Industry
Saddleworld during this time have grown constantly
offering an ever expanding product range which is
continually changing to provide the best that is on
offer to Australian horse enthusiasts, but that is not
all. Saddleworld is owned and run by independent people
who are usually heavily involved in the Equestrian
community themselves whether it is as a competitor,
instructor or ‘Horsey’ parent. This passion helps drive
the exceptional, highly personalized, professional
assistance that you can expect from your local store.
