We have a team of volunteer moderators who delete posts and can ban disruptor's. Members are strongly urged to familiarize themselves with our rules, and make an effort to become a positive member of our community. Those who do not risk having their posts deleted or their posting privileges revoked. Eques reserves the right to refuse an application to return posting rights to a poster who has been banned for any reason. Eques also reserves the right to immediately withdraw the registration of any poster who may have been removed previously and has been found to have registered under a different screen name.

Exercise common sense and be considerate toward your fellow users. Diversity of opinion and intelligent civil discourse is encouraged; by the same token, insults and "flaming" are not tolerated. Disagreeing with an idea of another community member is different from attacking that individual.

Do not post off-topic. Please keep your comments consistent with the subject and purpose of the conversation thread. Deliberate disruption - such as consistent off-topic and/or frivolous commentary - will not be tolerated. Such comments will be deleted and replaced with the rule you broke.

You alone are responsible for the material you post. You will not knowingly post content or links to content that violates the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party and that you will remove the same should you discover that you have violated this provision. Likewise, you may not post content or links to content that is libellous, defamatory, offensive, obscene, racist, abusive, that violates a third party's right to privacy, that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or that is otherwise inappropriate. You will indemnify eques.com.au, Australian Eques Pty Ltd, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims and/or damages (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any claim brought by any third party relating to content you have posted.

Do not copy-and-paste entire articles on to this forum. When referencing copyrighted work, post a short excerpt (not exceeding 3 paragraphs) with a link back to the original. You may not copy written or photographic material from Eques. Likewise you may not copy, forward, distribute, print or post to the internet any material that has been copied from the Eques site.

We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the forums to determine compliance with all sections of this Agreement and any other operating rules established by us that may be posted on the forum at any time. We shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, remove, or otherwise alter any material submitted to or posted on the Eques forum. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall have the right to remove any material that we, in our sole discretion, find to be in violation of this agreement or inappropriate for any reason whatever without consent.
We further reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove a user's privilege to post content in our discussion forum. Suspended members will be re-instated within a 5 day cooling period – we also have the right, at our sole discretion, to Ban an ISP if the case, at our sole discretion, warrants this action.

If your post is edited due to YOU not abiding to the rules of forum, the moderators are not responsible to clean up posts of people you have upset. If you type a post that is upsetting to the general users then be prepared for them to reply .

You understand and agree that this discussion forum is to be used only for non-commercial purposes. You may not solicit funds, promote commercial entities or otherwise engage in commercial activity in the forum. You may not contact other participants privately by any means without their express prior permission. At the sole discretion of Eques.com.au, commercial postings may be permitted for paid Eques.com.au advertisers.

We do allow members to post their OWN photos but is limited to 3 photos, per poster, per thread. Think carefully if you offer to post photos for another poster as these will count to your 3 photos. Our volunteer Mods simply do not have the time to carefully read the wording of every post to check if they belong to someone else or they are yours. Stitched photos are permitted. Posting a series of more than 3 photos is permitted but ONLY IF you have obtained mod permission FIRST. As an example, if you have 5 horses, 5 threads with 3 photos of each will be considered multiple postings and 4 WILL be removed. Allow 24 hours for a new thread. We frown upon posters making several threads with relation to one 'topic' of photo. Copyright photos CAN NOT be posted on this forum unless a copyright clearance has been sent from the photographer or artist to admin of Eques.

Any actions by Moderaters or forum owner will not be open for discussion via the Forum. If your post is removed it will be for one of the above reasons. You may email the Moderating Panel at equesmods@gmail.com if you require advice. Any reply may not copied, forwarded, distributed, printed or posted to the internet. Nor shall any such reply to used by any third party.

Respect the moderators and admin, and respect their decisions. You can help make their job easier by clicking the "Alert" button and bringing a post that might need moderator attention. The 'alert – contact Mods' button will send a email to all Mods. Please understand that moderating errors and inconsistencies are inevitable on a large website like this.
