Lunchtime the Goldman Sachs JB Were Leading Rein Pony judging got under way with Pam Wilson doing the honors and this was not a easy class, the level and presentation is something to be admired, but it was the sweet little mare for her 2nd year in a row as champion Rivington Victoria ridden by August Scott owned by Isabelle Barker and runner-up Springvale Denim and Lace owned by Catherine & Reece Gale.
Ord Minnett Galloway of the year and wow what a class, the finalist selected were of the best quality to be seen, infact it was a smorgasbord of beautiful galloways a tough class for the judges. The winner as Janevelyn Jazzman and Kelly White pictured above, with the runner up been Kolbeach Magic ridden by Chris Lawrie owned by Lyndale Stables & A Penalurick. The Barastoc Hack of the year was Flawless superbly ridden by Leanne Donoghue owned by Charlotte Mitton and DP Idol ridden by Vicky Lawrie as the runner up. So that ended a really super weekend…. Many thanks to committee members and Frank Bawden, Alyson Emery for all they did to help Eques bring this coverage to you |
