Grand Prix Swedish
breeding at its finest. This filly is
all quality. She is by Magritte,
imported from Sweden by Emma Youngman.
Magritte was a successful Grand Prix
horse with both Jan Brink in Sweden and
Emma in Australia. Magritte is half
brother to the champion horse, Briar who
has represented Sweden in the Olympics
and World Equestrian Games.
Her mother is
Cloverfern Columbia, a very sweet horse
by Vancouver II, again an imported
Swedish Stallion. Vancouver is the star
in Kyra Kyrklund’s training tapes, and
was brought to Australia by Mary Hanna
and campaigned at Grand Prix before
being sold to Cloverfern Warmblood Stud
where he continued competing and
standing at stud.
Margit is a lovely
filly who constantly impresses me with
her sensible and calm nature. She is
super quiet and lovely to handle. She is
bold. She will wander in and stand in
the dam for a drink, and will boldly
jump small logs when hooning around the
paddock with her friends. With her kind
and generous nature, she would be the
perfect young horse for someone who
wants a competitive mount, but would
like to do it all themselves. Expect to
mature 16.1 – 16.2 hands. $8,800 incl

come back from being broken in by Andrew
McLean’s team at AEBC where she was well

she has a nice long spell now before
resuming riding. Expected to mature

Magic is out of Guizelle, a lovely Grand
Kavalier/Grannus mare that I sold to
Fiona De Jersey of Tasmania. Magic is
the resulting foal with Jive Magic/Don
Ramiro bloodlines and is now offered for
sale.
Fairthorpe Just
Magic is a bold young gelding full of
personality, he is always the first to
come up to you in the paddock! Magic has
very good movement and should excel in
the dressage arena, although he is
likely to be a talented jumper too.
Magic is registered Warmblood with ACE
(born June 2008), by Jay Jay (Jive
Magic/Don Ramiro) out of Fairthorpe
Guizelle (Grand Kavalier/Grannus II). He
